All of our soap bars are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Summer & Heat Disclaimer
Because our soaps are made with natural oils and butters, they can be sensitive to extreme heat. During summer months, we recommend retrieving your package from your mailbox or porch as soon as possible after delivery to prevent softening. We are not responsible for items that melt due to being left outdoors for extended periods.

To stay true to our mission, we ship our soaps using plastic-free, recyclable, or biodegradable materials whenever possible. Please reuse or recycle your shipping box!

Missing or Lost Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Lather by Lani is no longer responsible for the package. If your tracking says delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

Damaged Items
If your soap arrives damaged or smashed, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us at dinkydoo@latherbylaniskincare.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can send a replacement or refund.
